Please place orders 2 weeks before due date, this ensures your order will be completed before the time of your events date.

Once you have submitted an order request, a price quote will

be sent to you within 24 hours discussing prices and designs.

Please check your spam/junk mail if you

did not receive a message in your inbox within the 24 hours.

If you wish to move forward with an order, a detailed invoice will be emailed.
Your completed payment reserves your date/order.

Please keep in mind if specific supplies are needed for your

order they will not be ordered until payment is completed.

If you feel this might be the case then inquire at least 2.5 weeks in advance.

 

Unpaid invoices are cancelled 10 days prior to event/pick up date.

COOKIE CANCELLATION,REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
 

I don't accept returns or exchanges 

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Minimum 10 days notice before requested due date required to cancel a cookie order.

Once production has begun on a cookie order, Crumb Trails does not offer refunds. Production can begin as early as one week before the requested due date based on the amount of detail work and size of the order.
